You're 20 points into BM? If so you haven't taken sure footed. Your gear doesn't put you remotely close enough to not take the extra hit you will NEED for tranq'ing.

Most of your enchants are odd. +22 int on weap? +9 stam on bracers? +100 hp on chest? +7 stam on foot? +15 NR on cloak? Not to mention all of the enchants you are outright missing..

Some of your gear is just odd. You should definitely replace your neck with Pendant of Celerity which is easily obtainable.

It looks like you are mostly geared to PvP. If you want to join a PvE guild you should enchant your gear accordingly.

Do you mean to say you left their guild because they raid US times? To my knowledge MyStaffTwinkles has always raided US times. How were you not aware of this when you joined their guild?

That being said most of this is easily fixable. I recommend you read a vanilla hunter guide on raiding. Insure that you are getting the hit cap for tranq shotting (through gear and/or talents).
