Raiding info:

1. What is your previous raid experience, on both retail and feenix?
tons of raiding xp on all raids except Naxx on lots of private servers, for retail i never played higher than ZG.
2. We raid every Wednesday/Sunday/Monday 19:30-23:30 ST, can you attend ALL of these raids?
I can attend the monday, wednesday ones, and sometimes the sunday.
3. Are you able to bring consumables every raid?

im respectful, honest, on time, fair, and knowledgable about the game (except for Naxx).
3. Have you been to any other guild here on feenix? If so, why did you leave or why did it disband?
The guild i was in left me. The leaders killed the guild while i was offline so i dont know the exact story.
4. Anything you would like to add?
Im the player your guild is looking for; honest, trustworthy, respectful, and i know how to use my character. Also i have tailoring/ enchanting for my profession and 100% mount.

Nice application, your gear is nice, there are just a few things I see that you need to work on, such as NR gear+some enchants(30 spellpower on wep,20+gloves,subletely,idol on legs(or 8+spdmg on legs). Also you could be in use of a new neck, Diana's pearl necklace from strat(easy to farm).

Otherwise than that, 1+ from me.

First thing that crossed my mind, your hit rating is really low.
If I was you I'd definitely get 3/3 bloodvine over your other gear. If you feel like you lose damage (which you won't) you can get tailoring (if you don't have it already) for the 2% crit.
Also I don't know if you just couldn't be arsed to write it, but got enchants on boots, bracers, shoulders?
All your gear needs enchanting, tbh.
Application itself is good tho, you seem like a nice guy.

Subtlety won't matter if he can't hit the boss. Get bloodvine.

replace cloak, replace chest legs boots, get 300 tailording, get dianas pearl necklace, get stratholme scepter offhand, get new shoulders, fully enchant and then get a nature resistance gear. then +1 from me
